Climate change without borders!

26.03. 2025 18:00 until 22:00

Klimakonferenz final

Climate change is not coming, it has been here for a long time. The Upper Rhine is one of the regions of Germany most affected by global warming.

Climate change does not stop at borders. That's why joint strategies and measures are needed. Is there a plan for this? We want to discuss with meteorologist Jörg Kachelmann and other climate experts what effects global warming has had on people, nature and the economy in the region to date and what consequences can still be expected in the future.

Other participants in the panel discussion: Mélissa Muller, Ville Saint-Louis.  Prof Andreas Matzarakis, University of Freiburg, Prof Patrice Paul, University of Strasbourg, Till Berger, Basel-Stadt
